Introduction	I am Coeliac who loves her food, I always have. When I was diagnosed with coeliac disease (gluten intolerance) in my early 20's I was a little stumped at first as to what I was able to eat. Over the years, I have tried, with some success and failures with my attempts to replicate the food I cooked prior to my diagnosis. This blog is my way of spreading the gluten free word on my discoveries in the kitchen, out and about in restaurants and stores/markets in Sydney and the world and the gluten free discoveries I make whilst on holidays. My aim is to have this blog be a wealth of information and reference to anyone who has Coeliac Disease or avoids wheat/gluten in their diet. Enjoy!
