Introduction	I have been a student of natural health for probably my whole life - but more intensely the last 15 years. When I was 5, I decided I wanted to be a nurse - when I was 12, I decided to heck with that, I'd rather be a doctor. So I went off to college with a pre-med major and in a couple of years had to decide whether to become a wife and mother or to become a doctor. The wife and mother in me won out - I had no illusions of doing both. However, that interest in the human body and health did not die - it just took a different turn. I have been studying natural health, energy medicine, herbs, nutrition, weight loss, chronic illness, and philosophy ever since then - I can't get enough of it - and am fascinated with how the body really works and causes of disease. I have four wonderful children and count myself blessed and privileged to be a mother. I have so much gratitude for my life and for so many blessings in my life.
