Introduction	Having lived and worked all over the world, I arrived in this hidden corner of France eight years ago with a husband and three children (now four) looking for a life ‘less ordinary. With a post-graduate degree in marketing, I spent many years working in marketing and PR and then as a travel journalist and copywriter before setting up Foothills of France, a property search agency here in the Ariège. This is my ideal job; hunting down and discovering fabulous, hidden gems of houses and land for clients from all over the world and helping others realize their dream, to own a home in France. I know that there are many other people out there looking for a new and better life in a beautiful part of France, in an area where property and land is still cheap and where there are still business and work opportunities and I know that I can help.
