| Introduction | My name is Alexandra Dieck and I am an Austin, Texas native who recently moved to New York City to pursue my dreams as a fashion designer and style blogger. In my blog, I focus on teaching women how to be creative and how to re-envision their closets to get more use out of their clothes. I also design and sell digitally-printed silk scarves that are created by making patterns with pieces of jewelry I have collected through out my life. Each piece communicates a different that tells about my travels and experiences in life. I am working to build a new kind of fashion brand. I am not just another blogger or designer in the industry… I see fashion as a form of art, culture, history, and self-expression: the worst fashion mistake we can make is to look in the mirror and see someone else.
