Introduction	Ashley: The magic of children is the ability to imagine- and it must be captured while they are still capable. I believe that children can learn the art of creativity- and have lots of fun at the same time! Rachael: I am a psychotherapist and Adolescent mental health speaker I believe that Mental health needs the same discipline, routine, time and energy as Physical health and yet we don't teach the skills in schools. We have an epidemic of mental distress among young people in Uk and around the world. Young people do not know how to suffer and keep themselves safe. We can teach children how to relate more skillfully to thoughts and feelings and they need to do this work then they are well and before they become too cynical.
