| Introduction | Howard is a Malaysian-born Food, Hospitality & Events Consultant based between the East of England and Perak Malaysia. The best way to describe his personal style of food is: Artistically and culturally inspired adaptations; creatively reimagined interpretations of Asian food concepts, executed with scientifically driven methodologies, European preparation techniques and dining structures. He has worked in the Food industry of the UK for the last 16 years in a vast array of different capacities, ranging from Sales management of a multinational food led e-commerce company to Head Chef of a fine-dining restaurant. After having spent a year in Malaysia in 2008 and was lucky enough to be appointed a campaign manager for a successful candidate in Perak in the Malaysian 12th General Election, he has now transferred his main base to Malaysia where his family is. He aims use his experience to make the world, for now and the future, a better place. He aims to this by learning from the past; willing to be innovative and to embrace change where necessary but willing to accept successful status quos; and always be working for ‘the now’ as well as ‘the future’. |
