Introduction	I am Executive Director of the Global AIDS Alliance. I live outside Washington, D.C., with my wife Mindi, a practicing physician, and our five sons. While living and working overseas, I witnessed firsthand the devastating impact of HIV/AIDS on families and communities. I earned my medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed an M.P.H. and a preventive medicine residency at Johns Hopkins University.
