Introduction	For 13yrs I was married to an abusive alcoholic man and gradually my life crumbled till I hit the bottom when I knew I had to leave to protect my family, somehow I managed to gather the strength to start my life over... now happily married to Craig who treats me like gold and life is completed with our new baby girl. Now time lose this weight by cutting out wheat, potatoes, rice and sugar out of my diet - it's as simple as that
