| Introduction | I am 15 years old from a fruit farm (Cornflats Farm) outside the small town of Adelaide, Eastern Cape, South Africa. I am a scholar at the Diocesan School for Girls in Grahamstown. I swim for the team, play tennis, dance, and play the piano. I love reading and being with my friends and family, and I love the outdoors - especially the beach. I am really just your normal teenager. However, ever since we had to do a science project as part of our school syllabus, I found a product called a polymer, from Australia to use for my experiment. It turned out to be more than just your normal school project. It was a project that I had, and still have, a passion for, and this blog is just about how far this project has taken me, and about my absolutely incredible journey. A journey that was only ever real in my imagination, and how it has all come true. |
