| Introduction | Transformation..... Yeah I call it transformation. Thats what I been going through right now. I'm 36 and was a smoker for 22 years, yeah was becaucause I finally called it quits.....again. I've had a few previous attempts before ranges from 3 weeks to 6 months and the most recent one about 2 years ago for 13 months! Yet everytime it seems like I've resigned to the fact that I am a condemned smoker for life! But no I won't give up so here I am on my 7th month (I called it quits again last Dec 15 2006), hopefully this will last a lifetime. I am involving myself in a more physical activities this time to curve away the temptation of lighting up again. |
