| Introduction | Jake Justice is a pianist, composer, and songwriter originally from Los Angeles, CA. He started to play the piano at age 3 and began composing at age 8. He began teaching piano to students of all ages at age 16. Jake has performed with artists of a wide range of styles including classical, jazz, rock, pop, r&b, rap, funk, and country. Such artists include Amy Whitcomb (The Sing-Off, The Voice), Ryan Innes (The Voice) Kenz Hall (American Idol) and Aaliyah Rose (Disney Channel). While studying in the Commercial Music program at BYU, he formed a pop-funk-rock band called "The Strike" with lead singer Chris Crabb. The group has opened for Kelly Clarkson, Carly Rae Jepson, Chicago, and The Piano guys. Jake will released his debut solo piano album on September 26, 2014. The musical style of the album reflects his classical childhood roots, having been influenced by Chopin, Debussy, Stravinsky, and John Williams.
