Introduction	I'm Erin Kelly - just recently married...so the "DeArman" has stuck around for people to easily recognize me at UM. I have been teaching Business/Marketing for 17 years, all at the high school level and within Jefferson County, AL. I will finish my EdS in Instructional Leadership in Spring 2023 at UM. I'm so thankful for the opportunity I have had to work with and learn from such a diverse group of people all over the area! I look forward to the next phase of my career as I search for Admin positions. Thanks for reading!
