| Introduction | A Louisiana born Chinese -American, I currently live in Tokyo, where I struggle daily with the Japanese language and keep myself busy with learning as much as possible about sake and wine. I'm a graduate of the John Gauntner Sake Professional Course and a WSET Wine Certificate holder with no fear of being called a nerd. It's happened too many times; I'm inured. Although I'm a tad overly fond of fine dining in restaurants, I also love cooking and do it as often as I can. Anyone out there into food, wine, or sake is welcome to send an email to say hi.
