| Introduction | I had a degree in Law, I used my degree for about 3 yrs and then moved to the hotel business that where I met my love one.. after married, we been moving a lot with my husband's job.. He is an Executives Chef, we were in Hong Kong, Chicago, Philippines and now we are in Tokyo..He is in charges of the hotel's food but I am in charge of home's food..I love cooking and I'm lucky that I could eat anything and have a change to try so many variety of food but I would like to share my knowleage with you.. the age of 8...I remember spended time in the kitchen with my Mom and my younger sister preparing and cooking on every weekend..after lunch my parents, my sister and I will go to the market and all ingredients that we will cook for our dinner. At 3.30pm my Dad would stopped my sister and me of doing whatever we are doing that time, mostly play or watch TV. "help Mom cooking" he said! yes we spended time in the kitchen, helping Mom peeling garlic,clean vegetables, mixing curry paste..tasting..watched Mom cooking, every cooking tips Mom had told us...its still ring inside everytime I am cooking.
