| Introduction | I help businesses become more profitable by developing staff performance. I achieve this through the delivery of group training workshops on key skills, such as leadership, sales excellence, time management, resilience, presentation skills, team building, and personal motivation, as well as working on a one-to-one basis with private clients. Clients to date include Lloyds TSB, N.H.S, The Co-operative (retail), Sunrise Senior Living, and a range of small to mid-sized businesses. |
| Interests | I have two daughters aged 11 and 8 and love spending time with them whatever we are doing. I also enjoy swimming, playing football, and snow- boarding – when possible (which isn’t often in Birmingham!) |
