Introduction	Tim Vagen is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association who is the founder and owner of Unlimited Athlete, Inc., a Kent, WA athletic development and training service. He has over 25 years of clinical and field experience working with athletes from many sports. His clients include: Olympic Medalists, Multiple Swimming World Record Holders, A US Open Tennis Champion, NFL, CFL, LPGA, MLB, soccer clubs, Gymnasts, Seattle S.W.A.T., U.S. Secret Service, and was a consultant to the U.S. Rugby team. Tim’s training methods for swimmers are now used in 11 countries. Tim is also an instructor in Highline Community College’s Personal Fitness Trainer Program.
