Introduction I am a many years young traveler in this universe. I spend some days writing poetry, taking photographs, painting (watercolor). In my past there was writing radio scripts for National Public Radio now and then. I sometimes work on an online novel I've been messing around with for too long a time. I still work as a consultant and web mistress for several artists and musicians. Now that I'm an old lady, I like to play with friends whenever I can; enjoy music (enjoying almost every and any kind of music), art (again, a huge variety, although most of what you see in my home is Native American), and travel (so far in this life Canada, south of the border, Europe, China), although maybe those days are gone, too. Basically, I love my life, no matter what it brings. My daughter, Nico Wind, does her very best to keep me in line. And I resist, but not always. I am known as being quite a character; I dance to my own music and sometimes shock my more circumspect friends with my scandalous behavior. I love trying new things, pushing the envelope.

Favorite Books Too many to list. I read about 10 to 20 books a month. Probably because I taught English for a living, I read a lot of fiction, although I really enjoy an occasional biography or autobiography or memoir. I have a huge collection of poetry and an entire bookcase full of Native American literature (fiction and non-fiction, poetry and song).

Please come up with a more appropriate name for the ringtoe:

Who raves? What is a rave? Who howls? What is a howl? What's the difference?
