| Introduction | In an effort to regain my Alaska worker's compensation benefits, after they were controverted by an insurance doctor, my research on that physician uncovered a wealth of tangible evidence supporting widespread insurance and medical fraud that is a nationwide problem, not simply unique to Alaska. Thank you for answering these short polls and posting your comments. This is a great way for me to find out what workers have tried to do in their efforts to secure benefits. It is an extremely difficult process. Information is vital to your case. It is so important to know the hired doctor/doctors. He/she works for the insurance industry for a reason. These polls will help me to know what others have tried in the past and give me an opportunity to determine what we might do collectively to help each other in the long haul.
