Introduction	Happy at home - an engineer by schooling - and an artist at heart! I have four lovely daughters and am raising them with a wide range of "homemaking" skills from cooking to quilling, sewing to embroidery -- just as my mom raised me. It is a joy to behold! Taking macro photos, painting, working in the garden, and teaching art are some of my favorite things to do - when real life isn't fighting for my attention. I usually take every gift giving opportunity to refresh these skills or learn something new! I hope to use this blog to keep track of the fun and interesting projects I work on and maybe pass on a few tips as a bonus!
