IntroductionEagle Rock Fitness is based on the CrossFit model. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness. Eagle Rock Fitness uses programming to which everything is a measurable task. Each workout will have a particular goal whether it is max load lifted, a time domain in which a set workload is to be completed in a certain time, or a work domain in which a set time is given to accomplish most amount of work possible. Taking a measurable approach ensures improvements and accountability. The Eagle Rock Fitness program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals, and elite athletes. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. Training will be accomplished through utilization of body weight, weights (barbells and dumbbells), boxes, medicine balls, jump roping, and running. The movements will be functional, constantly varied, and once efficient technique is developed, they will be performed at a high intensity.
