| Introduction | I've finally embraced the idea that I'm a foodie. I am also in the early stages of my doctoral education and am interested in food, environments and urban health. The name for this blog is inspired by Ram Dass' book "Be Here Now", which Food for Thought's father kindly shared with us. This space will be used for lots of things including exploring recipes, reflecting on readings, general social commentary, and sharing food adventures of all kinds. |
