Introduction	Silver Age Yoga Community Outreach was founded in September 2003 by yoga teachers Frank and Serpil Iszak. By early 2004 the number of teachers participating in the program increased to 15, and a certification course was designed to provide those teachers with special skills needed to deal with the various challenges presented by the participating seniors. A curriculum, combining geriatric sciences with yoga practices, was designed and to date over 100 specially trained yoga teachers are actively participating in the program. They provide weekly yoga classes at over twenty senior centers at no cost to the seniors. Our classes are attended by an average of 400 seniors. The diversity of these classes represents the cross-section of senior America.
