Introduction	Hi, I am Heather:) I'm an American, but I have lived in many places: Bonn, Germany and London, England as well as 9 US states: NY, CA, CT, LA, KY, KS, NC, NH, and now FL. As a result, my food reflects a mixture of cuisines and cultures. I've studied several languages, but really only consider myself fluent in English and Typo ;). I can, however, read most recipes in German or French, and do pretty well in Spanish and Italian as well. My dream job would involve spending my entire day researching and writing about food, ingredients, and anything else related to food. I have loved cooking and baking as long as I can remember.
