About me

Location	OBryant School of Math and Science, Boston, MA
Introduction	I'm from St. John's, Newfoundland and have lived in Boston for more than 10 years. I have a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University, but I am excited to begin a new career as a high school math teacher! Before I became a resident teacher at the O'Bryant, I worked on osteoporosis research in an Orthopedics lab at a local hospital. I will be at O'Bryant for the full year with the Teach Next Year program at UMass Boston. I swam in college (as an IM'er and a breaststroker) and I hope to coach swimming at the high school level. I would love to support O'Bryant sports, so tell me when you have a game, and I'll be there! Things I enjoy doing outside of work: being a sports fan to all the Boston teams, travelling, and spending time with family and friends. Always feel free to email me with any questions.
