Introduction	When I was five I went on holiday with my parents and my two younger brothers. We stayed in a hotel in Bournemouth, England, because the owners were friends of my parents. Each morning I woke to the smell of bacon being served in the dining room downstairs. To this day, the smell of bacon brings back feelings of comfort, of warm summer days, and peace. Every day, after breakfast we'd walk to the beach, down the chimes.
