| Introduction | Why another finance blog? I realized that there were few blogs that focused well on strong, financially competent women. Those that I did find seemed to focus on cutting coupons or ways to find discounts on beauty products. Hello! This lady wants to become an awesome investor and pay off her house early- not shop for cheaper beauty products, thank you very much! This blog isn't about folks who make huge incomes and are able to sock away 100,000+ a year. While that's an awesome goal- we don't make that much! This is blog is about a real (ahemm... badass) couple working blue-collar and non-profit jobs. If we can find a way to save, so can you! This blog is meant to embrace our family's version of what we want our future to be and hopefully give some entertainment, guidance and inspiration to other like-minded people!
