| Introduction | A little bit about me.........I am a mom, wife, educator, and style maven; I wear many hats. I have a toddler and she runs the show. By day, I am a teacher and I love working with kids. However, It's really tough to leave my girl everyday because I would absolutely love to be home full-time with her unfortunately, we are not millionaires. One thing is certain, I hate cooking........always have and I think I always will. My husband loves to cook but he works late very often so this task has been delegated to me. I wanted to start my blog, Mommy Hates to Cook so that I could share my fast, easy, simple meals with other busy mommy's. My seconds passion besides my family is for fashion! When I was a little girl, I would pass the time by drawing outfits in a notebook or dressing up my dolls and Barbie’s. To me, spending a day shopping is like a trip to Disney. I think I was the only 8 year old who loved watching Elsa Klenschs' Style report on CNN in the 80’s! Clearly, this is my passion. I started my blog, Styled By Michele, in an effort to grow my "side" business, which is a style consult company in Denver. |
