| Introduction | Enrolled agents (the "EA") are the only federally licensed tax practitioners who specialize in taxation and also have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS.
Richard has been preparing tax returns professionally since 2003. In 2005 he passed the "SEE" exam to be licensed by the US Department of Treasury through the IRS as an enrolled agent. That was also the year that he and his wife purchased The Master's Tax Service. Later they added financial services to the business and renamed it to The Master's Tax & Financial Services. |
