| Introduction | Hello there! My name is Evelyn and I am a new member of the 2018 - 2019 Summer Learning Journey team. I am currently a second year Bachelor of Education student and am looking forward to teaching in my very own classroom in the near future. I was born and raised in New Zealand by two amazing Taiwanese parents. I am very fortunate to be able to fly back and visit my home country every year or two. My older brother studied in America and now lives in San Francisco. I have a Pomeranian puppy that loves to cuddle next to me at night - he is the cutest ball of fluff! We named him Miso because his fur coat is the colour of Miso soup! I can speak fluently in both Mandarin and English and consider myself really lucky to be able to do so. Whenever I receive the chance, I also love to travel to different countries and continents of the world. Last year, I was finally able to cross Africa off the list; I had a spectacular experience and have been missing my elephant friends ever since! There is always so much to see and learn out there, you would be surprised! |
