Nicastro is an American born ceramic artist raised in the Netherlands, with an MFA from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia PA, and now settled in Santa Cruz California. Currently teaching at Cabrillo College, and Monterey Peninsula College. Geof creates his work in his studio here in Santa Cruz “ I choose to wood-fire my work because of the connection it gives me to the completion of my work.
