| Introduction | I was raised in Indiana and graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Engineering. I then obtained my MBA from Indiana University. After living and working in Ohio and Maine, I worked in Europe for 6 years, living in Brussels. This was a very interesting time as we started up our company's European operations in various countries. During the 70s, I open up our business in Eastern Europe and traveled behind the iron curtain about twice each month. I really enjoyed working with the people in these countries inspite of their economic and political systems being so challenging. After moving to California and doing some start-up work in the Far East, I moved to a high tech company in Sunnyvale where I sold and marketed software design systems for integrated circuits. I moved to the Real Estate industry in 2004 and currently work with Dawn O'Neal who has been active in Real Estate here in Santa Clara County for 20 years. Both Dawn and I have achieved our SRES(Seniors Real Estate Specialist)designation through training on real estate issues that are of particular concern to Seniors. I have 3 children (Seattle, Los Gatos, Peoria) and 2 grandchildren. |
