Introduction | I began my career as a pharmaceutical representative. I also worked as an oncology product specialist, front-line manager in pharmaceutical and medical devices industry. I moved into medico marketing, CME, patient education at IJCP Publications and became the Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer of IJCP. Later I worked with BlessingWhite's Indian counterpart delivering their MDP, LDP, coaching and employee engagement programs for High Potential people. I conduct skill development and Field Force Engagement programs that bring an alignment between employee aspirations and organizational objectives.
