Introduction	I’ve always believed that the one thing that I’ll be willing to do for the rest of my life is cooking. I grew up in the kitchen of our humble home assisting my father who, like me, has never gone to culinary school. Back when I was a kid, I would always willingly help him with the little stuff: from carrying goods bought from the market to peeling potatoes and boiling the water, even washing used pans and knives. Now that I’m all grown up, I still feel the joy brought about by the heat of steam and splash of oil. This passion of mine has been intensified by diverse cuisines I tried in various places I’ve been to. Along the way, I acquired a new, equally-fancied desire – travel. Here, I intend to impart my adventures with food (either me cooking them or trying them out from a random eatery), and my escapades in both local and foreign destinations.
