| Introduction | I am a human being just as the rest of us individuals in this world that we live and we learn in. I, just like everyone else have made mistakes, I have been wrong, I know this without anyone needing to inform me. I have also made amends to the best of my ability as well as made amends and have learned. However, there are some laws and even others in society who place lifelong labels upon us. I refuse to let society or anything else define myself because I made those mistakes and learned from them, I have paid dearly for them in many ways that some would never understand. I do understand fully and I demand to be respected just as I deserve to be. I will not let societal labels, stigma, or anything else keep me or stop me from achieving and living my life to my fullest potential and my determination. I will be turning my own pages, thank you! |
