| Introduction | I am a fourth generation, native Washingtonian. I have one daughter, Nia, who is an elementary school teacher in the Montgomery County Public School System, and a husband, Bernard, who is a manager with The Washington Post. I am a program analyst with the Regulatory Information Service Center at the U.S. General Services Administration, where I coordinate publication of all developing Federal regulations (about 4,000) twice a year, and develop statistical information on Federal regulatory activity. As a collateral duty assignment, I am a mediator in the Interagency Sharing Neutrals Program, mediating disputes of Equal Employment Opportunity throughout the Federal Government. I am an ordained elder and deacon in the Presbyterian Church (USA), a certified lay pastoral caregiver, and a spiritual director. |
