Introduction	I am a student of spiritual truth and humanitarian service. Most recently though, (and for the purposes of this, my first and current blog), I am interested in SOLE food as it pertains to good and proper health, ethical animal treatment, and bringing fact based food information, in a humanitarian effort,to humans who most need it.
Interests	Social work, humanitarian efforts, SOLE food, spirituality, personal growth, human welfare, animal welfare, environmental preservation.
Favorite movies	This is a never ending, always changing subject! How can I answer this??!! Some favs are: What the Bleep do we know, Forest Gump, Witches of Eastwick, anything by Hitchcock, and Tim Burton. Seriously, I could go on for hours here. I find myself drawn to dramas, documentaries, foreign, suspense thrillers, crime dramas, and MANY MANY MORE!!!
Favorite music	I like everything, not just saying that, I like genres such as pop, rock, Latin, classical, opera, new age, 70's, 60's, 80's, world. You name it!
Favorite books	Here we go again, some that instantly come to mind are Seat of the Soul, Conversations with God, and my current read which is The China Study. I also like fiction i.e. Clive Barker, George RR Martin. I'm a big fan of fantasy when it comes to fiction but must confess I have probably read more non-fiction in my life.
