Building "For A New Beginning"

Introduction	My wander has been uncovering & weaving together the creation of art, performance, ritual and body & Earth-based spirituality. Like most, it is a journey with many lessons, failures, tendernesses, joys, griefs, disconnections and reconnections. It has also been Westward—growing up in VA, spending a number of years in NY, TN, UT and now finding us here in Humboldt, among familiar souls. For 10 years in NY and TN, I taught yoga to children and adults and co-led teacher trainings. I worked as a viniyoga therapist at the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine and in other clinical settings at Vanderbilt University. During that time, wiser individuals introduced me to wild, Earth-based practices that resonated deeply within me. These helped me to connect with Mystery, myself, and others through a means that aligned more closely with who I am and ultimately sent me further West to the Desert and prepared me for my evolution as a parent—if anything does. So as a fellow evolving being, on this spinning Mother, I would love to be part of your creative process and support you in uncovering layers and playfully weaving your threads deeper into the tapestry of the Living Earth.
