| Introduction | I created this blog to share my professional and personal tips and experiences with other parents. My hope is that this blog will be a place for parents to share and receive support, resources, tips and fun stories about the joys and challenges of parenthood and relationships! I am passionate about helping individuals and families reach their goals, enhance their relationships and achieve overall health! Professional History: I provide coaching, therapy and mental health education in Newport Beach, California at the Amen Clinics where I specialize in conflict resolution, lifestyle and weight management, relationship enhancement, life coaching and parenting. I am passionate about helping individuals and families reach their goals, enhance their relationships and achieve overall health! Personal Experience: My husband and I have been together for 12 years and we now have 3 amazing children. Our daughter Macie is 5 years old, and our identical twin boys CJ and Mikah are almost 2. Parenting has been a challenging and amazing journey for us, that has helped us to grow in many areas of our lives and our relationship. |
| Interests | Academic and Professional Bio: "Haley Figueroa, MA, MFTI has been working at the Amen Clinics since 2006, doing in depth histories and providing therapy and coaching to individuals, couples, families and groups. Haley completed her BS in Child and Adolescent Studies at California State University, Fullerton and received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. Haley has over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents and their families in a variety of environments including school and clinical settings. She has specialized training in conflict resolution, lifestyle and weight management, relationship enhancement, and parenting. She has facilitated several groups and classes at the Amen Clinics, including a 12 week Anxiety and Depression group, Love and Logic Parenting course, and she currently teaches Amen Clinic’s weekly Two-Day University Program." |
