Introduction	I'm a mom to 4 wonderful kids which means lots of birthdays and cupcakes need to be made. Over the last 11 years I have made several cute cakes but they were not professional looking. However, after taking several cake decorating courses that has changed. Now I am having fun and it looks good too.
