Introduction	"Ancora Imparo." Still I am learning. I believe in goodness and light, and I cannot abide useless people. I am hip-deep in "happily ever after" with my best friend. I am a Southerner, and no, you probably don't know what that means. My South is not the lingering shadows of racism and separatism flickering in fading torchlight. I'm a country girl, a farm girl, but I don't need a twang or a bottle of blonde to prove it. I don't wear GRITS t-shirts or flipflops, but I love my trucks. I make one of the best macaroni & cheeses you've ever eaten, and my freezer is full of venison. I'm a Christian heretic, a bit of a Buddhist, and a little pagan. I have a mutt on the foot of my bed and a medicine bag under my pillow. I have adventures. I drag those I care about on adventures. I defend the innocent. I rescue the ones I can. I love all creatures, even the ones I'm afraid of. I do not ever want a tame lion. One day, I will very likely meet with a spectacular end. And I'm okay with this.
