Introduction	I work at a state university, of which I have spent the last 12-15 years working and going to school. I have been here so long, Deans have been my professors, and my professors have become my personal friends. I work in university buildings that house the physical sciences including chemistry, physics, astronomy, environmental science, and related fields. I am married, have no children, and adore our two adopted cats. Some undergraduates (and others) have trouble believing that I am about twice their age. Relocation would enhance my career options, however, I work and live in the best and the most beautiful place in the world.
