| Introduction | As far back as age 7 I can trace the path God has for me. He's used 100s of people to nudge or shove me in the right direction when I didn't naturally go the right way. One of those nudges was to become a Chick-fil-A Operator and develop the skills necessary to survive and thrive in this role in order to have a positive influence on folks in and around the business. I am learning the value of learning. I view my role as similar to that of a coach of a ball team and I am challenged to stay ahead of my team. I have also discovered the joy of learning. My hope is that others will learn this joy of learning and growing. |
