| Introduction | Hi my name is Leanne, I am an Aussie mum to two beautiful children and a wonderfully supportive husband. I live on the scenic Central Coast of NSW, next to my family, my passion is beading. I have been beading for about 8 years. Brilliant Beads and Bling began from my love of beading, what started as a hobby has grown into a business my whole family enjoys. I began selling to friends which grew into party plan, with myself and our wonder consultant Trudi. We are now just beginning our exciting adventure into the online world. I have been a community worker for the last 20 years, working in the areas of child abuse and domestic violence, jewellery making provides a welcome respite from that part of my life. One of my greatest pleasures is to create a one off handmade piece of beautiful jewellery, whether it be a custom design someone has requested or an inspired design. It is now my fulltime occupation after 3 years of it being a part time business. We cannot keep up with the demand. My husband and daughter have even become beaders (sometimes out of necessity). |
