| Introduction | I am mom to 2 busy boys, wife to a fantastic husband, and food's biggest fan! I love to cook things that are tasty and healthy - and since we are very busy at our house, they also have to be relatively easy! I am big believer in "whole foods" cooking, so we try to limit our consumption of processed foods (at least at home!). I find that not only are "real" ingredients healthier, but they also taste better! Lastly, I am far from a master cook...I don't know the right terms for everything, and sometimes my creations don't turn out (won't post those!), but I am constantly trying to learn new things! |
