| Introduction | Larger than life and over 60 sort of sums me up, an animal nut, and a crafting nut. On a bright note, I am very happily married and have been for many, many years to the same long suffering but very understanding guy, The thing is, that after all these years together, he understands me totally and I still get my own way most of the time !! The other member of our family is a lovely labrador retriever - thats apart from my son and his family, the fish in my small pool and the wild birds in the garden who have their own feeding stations summer and winter !! |
| Interests | Card-making, atc's, scrapbooking and, when I get time, a bit of gardening and a lot of cooking :-) |
| Favorite movies | I like old films, all the old weepies, not much of a fan of all this gore and violence that modern films seem to be made of. |
| Favorite music | Country music and ballads, and of course the 60s - remember when you could actually hear the words of the song ?? |
| Favorite books | classics like The Secret Garden, Heidi and Jane Eyre, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Modern authors too - Maeve Binchy, Patricia Cornwell (we all need a bit of gore hehehe) and Michael Connelly. |
