| Introduction | Sportive virgin gearing myself up to do the Etape du Tour 2011, a closed road stage of the Tour de France taking in 109km of three of France's most iconic peaks-the Col du Telegraph, Galibier and Alpe d'Huez! This is a day-to day record of my preparations as I take myself from casual cyclist to riding at least 3 major sportives from now till July, and all the physical, mental, technical and logistical issues this will involve. |
