Introduction	Although I have a degree, it isn't in history, or any creative arts. So I make no claim to be qualified in anything, but I have spent 27+ years carrying out family and local history research as an amateur. My blogs relate to the one-name study I conduct for the surname PARRY, my own family history, and a more personal blog covering anything else. This latter began with a focus on craft, but now I also post about any research I carry out that doesn't fit within my other blogs. This mainly relates to the Coventry Charterhouse, where I volunteered from 2017-2025. I try to be as accurate as possible regarding any information that I post, and to give credit to others, where appropriate, as well as to make it clear if something I write is speculation.
