About me

Introduction Our mission at CCF UK, a registered charity in England and Wales, is to offer poor and disadvantaged children in Cambodia a sustainable future and improved quality of life by raising funds for specific programmes undertaken by our sister charity in Cambodia, the Cambodian Children’s Fund. The funds we raise enable us to support Cambodian children and their families by providing training, education, medical care, child protection and employment over the long term and a warm and welcoming refuge over the short. Founded in 2004, Cambodian Children’s Fund provides life-changing education, nourishment and healing to vulnerable children from some of Cambodia’s most destitute communities. Today it cares for almost 2,000 children and extends services to provide for their families and communities in crisis. CCF was founded by former film executive Scott Neeson, who traveled to Cambodia on holiday in early 2003 and found his life changed by the desperate circumstances and unlikely courage of Phnom Penh's most impoverished children. Today he serves as CCF’s Executive Director, performing daily fieldwork and overseeing the operations of CCF’s various facilities.
