| Introduction | Working as a Graphic Designer, I find I need to work on my personal health. Having my job secure, now my body is next. I am reviving my food diary blog, as I find this easier to post to than an app that counts calories. Good or bad, I will take a photo of what I am about to consume and them upload those images here. I encourage others to join in, as I find this less aggravating than measuring and weighing how much a meal I made is worth in calories. Instead, I'm using 'picture worth a 1,000 words' with my dieting. |
