| Introduction | HI! I am Chiara Bersano. Let me tell you a bit more about myself and my work! Since starting to work with HR Technology, I have been involved with all aspects of it; I’ve been an analyst, a consultant, a product director and an HRIS Executive for several global Fortune 100 enterprises. In the years, my focus has progressed from the pure ERP technology to a processes and people-driven approach, to gain a better understanding and enable adaptation to the needs of both the corporation and the employees. I grew up between Italy and Switzerland, and worked extensively in Europe, North America and other continents. I have been always fascinated by the system design required during global implementation; in my experience, the challenge arises often as much due to the size of the data sets, different local legal requirements and global processes, but also at the effort of projects definition, implementation planning, roadmap development and – last but not least – change management efforts.
